Petrochemical plant modules are the disassembly of large-scale petrochemical production facilities into multiple standardized functional units prefabricated within the factory. Most of the pipelines, equipment, and electrical and instrumentation installations of each module are completed at the manufacturing plant, and then the entire module is transported to the construction site for rapid assembly. This model can significantly shorten the construction period, reduce on-site construction risks, improve project quality and cost controllability, and is the mainstream construction method for modern large-scale petrochemical projects.
