The reboiler (also known as the weighing boiler) is a key heat exchange device in the papermaking and pulp industry, equipped with an ultra-large heat exchange area of 6,500 square meters. Its core heats and vaporizes low-temperature liquids such as pulp and wastewater through heat exchange. It is often used in conjunction with fractionating columns. The liquid phase material at the bottom of the column is heated by it to form a gas-liquid mixture. Due to the density difference, it returns to the column to maintain material balance and separation efficiency. It is widely applied in pulp concentration, chemical treatment, and wastewater recovery, among other processes.
