From July 20 to 21. the "Shenjiang Tour · Yangzhou Station (the 5th Stop) and Shenjiang Group Branch Empowerment Conference" was successfully held in Yangzhou. Relevant responsible persons from Shanghai Shenjiang Group and its affiliated branches gathered together to inject new momentum into the development of branches through business training, experience sharing and cultural experience.
On the morning of July 20. the conference officially kicked off. First of all, Wang Zhibin, General Manager of the Business Development Center of Shanghai Shenjiang Group, delivered a speech, welcoming the participants. He not only emphasized the important significance of this empowerment conference for the business development of branches, but also introduced in detail the current development situation of the group's overall business, including the operation status, market performance of each business segment and the key points of subsequent business promotion, enabling everyone to have a clearer understanding of the group's business.
Subsequently, Jiang Hua, General Manager of the Post-treatment Sales Center of APT, promoted the post-treatment sales direction and policies, interpreted the market trends and the group's support policies in detail, pointing out the direction for the sales teams of branches. Lu Tao, Sales Manager of Shenjiang Air Storage Tank, carried out air storage tank product training, explaining product performance, technical parameters and application scenarios in an all-round way, helping everyone better master product knowledge.
Then, Zhang Jianmin, Chairman of Shanghai Shenjiang Group, delivered a keynote speech — "Our Team Faces the Sun". In his speech, Chairman Zhang specially emphasized that the team should be as energetic and positive as the sun, not only face work challenges with a positive attitude, but also work together towards common goals. The afternoon agenda was also full of practical content. Fu Jieyong, Regional Manager of APT Post-treatment, conducted special training on post-treatment equipment products, explaining the operation points and maintenance knowledge of equipment combined with practical cases; Yu You, Sales Director of Kasburg, brought pipeline product training, introducing the characteristics and application scope of various pipeline products in depth; Shen Jianzhong, Sales Director of Youdai, focused on Youdai products and shared product advantages and sales skills.
In the experience exchange session, Pang Chunyan, Sales Manager of Shenjiang Air Storage Tank, shared practical experience and insights in air storage tank sales based on her own work experience, providing referenceable sales ideas for everyone; Wang Jianguo, Sales Director of Jiangwan, gave a detailed introduction and training on non-standard vessels, helping participants broaden their business horizons.
After the training, everyone moved to the sports stadium to watch the JSCL match between Yangzhou Team and Nanjing Team collectively. A special Shenjiang fan phalanx of 251 people was organized on site. Everyone wore unified clothes and waved cheering sticks in their hands. Whenever Yangzhou Team launched an attack or completed a wonderful defense, neat cheers and applause broke out in the phalanx, and the slogan "Go Yangzhou" echoed one after another, which not only added a warm atmosphere to the stadium, but also further narrowed the distance between team members in the process of cheering.
On July 21. the conference organized a one-day tour activity in Yangzhou. Everyone visited famous scenic spots such as Slender West Lake and Ge Garden successively, enjoyed pingtan performances, wandered around Dongguan Street to feel the historical culture and local customs of Yangzhou. Through this activity, it not only relieved work pressure, but also enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.
