On July 20. the meeting activities kicked off with a wonderful sports match. Employees went to the scene to watch the match between Yangzhou and Nanjing. The athletes competed fiercely on the field, and everyone cheered for the players of both teams off the field, enhancing mutual friendship in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and creating a good atmosphere for the subsequent meeting.


  


On July 21. the mid-year meeting was officially held. As the core part of this series of activities, the meeting focused on work review, strategic planning, product training and concept sharing, aiming to make all participants clear their goals and unify their thinking through a compact and substantial agenda, laying a solid foundation for the steady development of the enterprise in the second half of the year.


The morning agenda was compact and efficient, focusing on business summary and policy promotion. First of all, Wang Zhibin, General Manager of the Business Development Center of Shanghai Shenjiang Group, delivered a speech. He affirmed everyone's hard work in the first half of the year and encouraged everyone to continue their efforts in the second half to achieve better results. Subsequently, General Manager Wang Zhibin also elaborated on the work summary of the filter cartridge division in the first half of the year and the plan for the second half, conducted an in-depth analysis of the achievements and shortcomings of the filter cartridge division in market expansion and product quality improvement in the first half of the year, and clarified the development goals and specific measures for the second half from the aspects of market layout, technological R&D and team building.


  


Then, Dong Bisong, General Manager of the Sales Center of the Oil Products Division, made a comprehensive summary of the work in the first half of the year, conducted an in-depth analysis of the achievements and existing problems in the work, and elaborated on the work arrangement for the second half of the year, pointing out the direction for the subsequent development of the oil products division. Jiang Hua, General Manager of the Sales Center of the Post-treatment Division, promoted the post-treatment sales direction and policies, enabling everyone to have a clearer understanding of the market trends and relevant policies of the post-treatment business.


General Manager Wang Zhibin took the stage again to promote the products and policies of the air storage tank division, enabling employees to have an in-depth understanding of the characteristics and sales policies of air storage tank products. Yu You, Sales Director of Kasburg, conducted pipeline product training, improving everyone's professional knowledge level of pipeline products through professional explanations and practical case analysis.


  


The afternoon session was rich in content, strengthening product training and concept guidance. Shen Jianzhong, Sales Director of Youdai, carried out Youdai product training, introducing in detail the performance, advantages and application scenarios of Youdai products. Wang Jianguo, Sales Director of Jiangwan, brought the introduction and training of non-standard vessels, enabling employees to have a more comprehensive grasp of the design, production and market demand of non-standard vessels.


After the training, Zhang Jianmin, Chairman of Shanghai Shenjiang Group, delivered a speech themed "Dare to Use Strangers, Trust Wins the Future". He emphasized the importance of trust in the team, encouraged everyone to break down barriers, trust each other and jointly contribute to the development of the enterprise.


  


On July 22. everyone launched a one-day tour activity in Yangzhou. At Slender West Lake, everyone enjoyed the beautiful lakes and mountains and felt the unique charm of the water towns in the south of the Yangtze River; at the pingtan performance site, the melodious piano sound and the graceful singing made everyone intoxicated, appreciating the charm of traditional culture; while tasting local characteristic food and visiting Ge Garden and Dongguan Street in Yangzhou, everyone wandered around, admiring the exquisite design of classical gardens and feeling the profound historical and cultural heritage of Yangzhou. Through this tour, everyone relaxed physically and mentally and further enhanced mutual understanding and friendship.
