Shanghai Shenjiang Group Holds 2025 Year-end Commendation Ceremony & 2026 Spring Festival Gala Amid the festive atmosphere of the new year, Shanghai Shenjiang Group grandly held its 2025 Year-end Commendation Conference and 2026 Spring Festival Gala at 13:00 on January 16, 2026 in Shanghai, under the theme of “Low Cost, High Efficiency, Superior Quality”. This annual event was not only a recognition and reward for all employees who have strived side by side and achieved outstanding results, but also an expectation and bright vision for braving challenges and scaling new heights in the future journey.

Chairman’s Spring Festival Speech Draws a New Blueprint for the Enterprise At the beginning of the annual meeting, Mr. Zhang Jianmin, Chairman of Shanghai Shenjiang Group, delivered a keynote speech entitled Our Path, Growing Wider Every Step. He mentioned that the Group started with air compressor supporting businesses and now focuses on the core sector of pressure vessels – this increasingly promising development path has been built jointly by all staff. The speech comprehensively reviewed the remarkable achievements and key breakthroughs of all business lines in the 2025 “Year of Quality”. It designated 2026 as the “Year of Improvement”, during which the Group will promote full-process optimization centered on “low cost, high efficiency, superior quality”. Meanwhile, it will anchor the five-year goal for the pressure vessel business, rally all strengths through the “One Body, Two Wings” strategy, and inspire all Shenjiang people to march toward a new journey of high-quality development hand in hand.

Glorious Award Ceremony Honors Excellence and Encourages Progress The 2026 Spring Festival Commendation Ceremony of Shanghai Shenjiang Group was solemnly held. The venue was brilliantly illuminated as traditional honors were announced one after another, including Perfect Attendance Award, Excellent Employee Award, Safety Model Award, Angel Service Award, Excellent Team Award, Improvement Award, Innovation Award, Patent Award and Excellent Manager Award, paying tribute to the dedication and perseverance of every striver. At the same time, a series of prestigious awards were presented with great fanfare: Cultural Contribution Award, Sales Over-achievement Award, Extraordinary Craftsman Award, Most Beautiful Shenjiang Person, and the highly anticipated Influential Figure Award. These honors fully reflect the Group’s emphasis on and recognition of diverse values. They are not only an affirmation of the past year’s accomplishments but also an expectation for the future, motivating all Shenjiang people to build on the momentum and make new contributions to the Group’s continued success.

Splendid Gala Performances Showcase Team Vitality Following the award ceremony, the wonderful Spring Festival Gala officially began. Performances included a heartfelt rendition of Shanghai Beach, a passionate singing of My Motherland and Me, the warm and healing So Many People in This World, the lyrical and romantic As Long as I Have You and Painting You, the elegant ancient charm of traditional Chinese musical instruments such as bamboo flute and guzheng, and the unrestrained enthusiasm of the western saxophone. The show culminated in the lively and festive dance Hello, All Well, Happy New Year.

During the performances, the host Zhang Haili (online IP: Haili Striving Hard) led interactive games that pushed the festive atmosphere to a climax. From stage design to live performances, every program demonstrated the great talent and team spirit of Shenjiang Group employees.

 Fun Lucky Draws at the Banquet Celebrate the Joyful Spring Festival With the conclusion of the gala performances, the grand dinner officially started. All attendees raised their glasses to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the past year. The lively venue was filled with warmth, fully reflecting the cohesion and solidarity of the big Shenjiang family. Subsequently, the exciting lucky draw session brought the event to another peak.
