Completed the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, changed its name to "Shanghai Jiangwan Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd.", and turned into a private enterprise.

1958

the predecessor of "Shanghai Jiangwan Chemical Machinery Factory" was established and was subordinate to  Shanghai Chemical Industry Bureau.

1978

Won the "National Science Conference Achievement Award" for the "Air-cooled Heat Exchanger R&D Project".

1981

It is officially registered as an independent legal entity and still uses the name of "Shanghai Jiangwan Chemical Machinery Factory".

1985

The first air-cooled heat exchanger was successfully developed.

1988

Won the first prize of the "Shanghai Excellent New Product Award".

2008

Obtained ASME "U" steel seal certification in the United States.

1998

The factory was relocated to No. 1-3, Xingnan Road, Meilong Town, Minhang District, was relocated.

1996

The factory director of the year was awarded the "Model Party Member of Shanghai Chemical Industry Bureau"; One of the team members who set national quality standards for the manufacture of stainless-steel pressure vessels.

1989

Obtained the D1/D2 pressure vessel design and manufacturing license.

2012

Obtained A2 pressure vessel manufacturing qualification.

2016

Due to the demolition of the Meilong factory, it was relocated to Situan Town, Fengxian District.

2021

Moved to the current address due to the Tesla project.

2025

Became a holding subsidiary of Shanghai Shenjiang Group.

2026

Baoti Equipment authorized Shanghai Shenjiang Group (RIVBAY) as a cooperative and joint venture unit for the equipment manufacturing of titanium, nickel, zirconium and their alloy materials.
